This is the recently released GS Varsity Purple Metallic Silver Vandal from Nike. You may all remember the Purple Nike Vandal Canvas that Nike released early on. This time, it features a Satin upper instead of the usual Canvas. Also, Metallic Silver piping and Pine Green embellishments at the tongue and heel label.
